CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

With an approved design, Partners’ oversees construction processes in order to capture the intention of the owner + designer. By activating local construction partners, we pay close attention to timeline and budget in the ever changing landscape of realizing architecture.

PRECONSTRUCTION

Realizing influential programming through the built environment relies on understanding and pressure testing ideas early on. By educating ourselves and our clients we believe that we can more closely capture realities we are designing towards. Preconstruction services include coordinating site analysis, cost estimation, program analysis, and building massing studies.

DESIGN + BUILD

Carrying a design from conception to realization is a unique gift and challenge. By approaching our projects as both architect and builder we are able to understand what limits can be pushed wile respecting the boundaries of cost and timeline. More control during the process allows our team to properly triage changes or challenges in real time in order to best manifest our client’s vision.

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Maintaining existing systems and structures is key for long term success Partners’ has experience maintaining programs in workforce development, landscaping, property cleaning and routine service calls. The insights provided by seeing design decisions mature over time and spaces “lived in” provides a vital feedback for continued improvement.
